The company runs benchmarking programs that need a lot of in-depth reporting, and a lot of time to divide findings into different categories. How could our software give them more time with clients, so they could understand and use the information in their reports?

With three major benchmarking programs running, CSBA has helped its clients reap rewards, fast. One program in the energy space, with eight major organizations taking part, saw satisfaction scores from new connections rise by 9%, from 6.7 to 7.3 in 12 months.

CSBA thinks that increase is because, thanks to our tools, they can now quickly get the right data to the right people– rather than spending ages putting a PowerPoint report together.
